Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev demanded that all governors explain in writing the deadline for introducing social facilities, and not „deliver“ their deputies, whom they send to meetings.
“Let each head of the subject of the federation write what the reason for the backlog is, to me and what he is going to do, rather than deliver his deputy governor,” Medvedev said at a meeting of the presidium of the Presidential Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.

He also drew attention to the absence of the governor of Tuva, Sholban Kara-ool, who was supposed to take part in the meeting via video link.
“I have Sholban Valerievich written here, but apparently, for some reason, he decided not to participate in the unpleasant report. Ask where he was, by the way, and how to come to wear pieces of paper with a request to allocate money and attend any meetings, they are happy to do it, and how to discuss unpleasant things is not in place. Let everyone write what is happening, „Medvedev said.
